Meghan Portillo

Meghan Portillo has degrees in Journalism and Spanish and more than 15 years of experience as a newspaper, magazine, academic, and fiction editor. She has edited more than 800 manuscripts for publication in medical journals as well as academic textbooks, but fiction is her love. She is especially fond of romance and mysteries but enjoys most genres and is always excited to expand her horizons with something new.

She lives on the border with her family in El Paso, TX. While her favorite pastime is getting lost in a book, she loves that first cup of tea in the morning, traveling, swimming with her kids, and spending time with their schnauzers, Luke and Balu.
