Kim Husband, MA, is a freelance copyeditor and proofreader based in the Twin Cities (MN). She has copyedited or proofread more than 500 textbooks for clients that include Sage Publications and Cambridge University Press; financial news for The Motley Fool; online course materials for the University of Minnesota; and corporate communications for Wells Fargo. She has copyedited or proofread more than 450 novels ranging in topic from autobiographical fiction to mystery to science fiction. She also taught writing at the University of Maine for two years.
In her free time, Kim studies and teaches tai chi and other martial arts and has edited and contributed to books on those subjects.
