Elissa Grossell Dickey

Elissa Grossell Dickey grew up among the lakes and trees of northern Minnesota. Stories have always been a big part of her life—from getting lost in a book as a child to reading to her kids at bedtime. Elissa now lives on the South Dakota prairie with her husband and children. A former journalist, she works as the communications and marketing director for her local public school district.
